Students: Click eBill to log in and pay.
Students at Texas Tech University may access their billing information and submit payment by logging into Raiderlink using their eRaider username and password. Once logged in, students should navigate to the MyTech tab and select the Student Business Services or eBill link to enter the billing portal.
The eBill system provides access to the current account balance, detailed transaction history, statements, and available payment options. After reviewing the balance, students can select Make a Payment and choose their preferred payment method, such as electronic check or credit card. Students entering bank information for an electronic check will need their routing number and account number, while credit card payments require the card number, expiration date, and security code. Any applicable service fees associated with card payments will be disclosed before final submission. After entering payment details, students must review the payment summary screen carefully and confirm the transaction to ensure successful processing. A confirmation page will appear once the payment has been submitted, and a confirmation email will be sent to the student’s official university email address for record keeping.
Students should not share their eRaider username or password with parents, guardians, or other bill payers. eRaider credentials provide access to confidential academic, financial, and personal information and are intended for the student’s use only. Instead of sharing login information, students should add parents, guardians, or other bill payers as Authorized Users within the eBill system. Authorized Users receive their own secure login credentials and can access billing statements and make payments on the student’s behalf without accessing Raiderlink or other student records. This process protects student privacy and ensures compliance with federal regulations while still allowing designated individuals to assist with tuition and fee payments. If students experience login issues, they should reset their password through the eRaider account management system rather than providing access to anyone else.
