Opens for enrollment: Monday, May 5th, 2025

TTU Undergraduate & Graduate Students

 EARLY SUMMER 

Friday, April 25th – Sunday, April 27th  

  • Fee Assessment occurs over the weekend for Summer 2025 (Charges available for viewing if registered for classes) 

Monday, May 5th to Friday, July 11th 

  • Prior Term Loans are available to qualifying students 

Monday, May 12th to Friday, July 18th 

  • Book loans are available - must be repaid by Friday, July 25th 

Monday, May 5th 

  • Early Summer & Full Summer First Bills will be emailed to students 

Thursday, May 15th

  • Last day to drop a course and have course charges removed for May Intercession. Students who wish to drop to 0 hours must submit a withdrawal. This does not impact future term enrollment. Financial penalties apply for withdrawals after May 15th. 
    • Note: Withdrawal is not an option if a course has been completed within the summer term (Intersession, Early, Full, or Late). 

Tuesday, May 20th 

  • Financial Aid disbursed - Early Summer 

  • Second Bill – Will show Financial Aid applied to student account 

Tuesday, May 27th 

  • Payment Due Date for Early Summer, Full Summer, and Intersession. Registration changes made after this date could affect the student’s account balance, and must be paid immediately unless the student is enrolled in a Summer Payment Plan. 

Thursday, May 29th 

  • Move In – Residence halls open for occupancy at 10:00 a.m.(Move In). 

  • Select Hospitality Services dining locations open for summer service (Hospitality). 

Friday, May 30th  

  • Faculty on duty. 

  • Classes begin. 

Monday, June 2nd  

  • Last day for student-initiated addition of a course on MyTech. Courses may be added through June 4 with an advisor and instructor permission. 

Wednesday, June 4th 

  • Last day for student-initiated drop on MyTech without academic penalty (drop does not count against drop limit) for Early Summer. All drops are the responsibility of the student. 

  • Last day to drop a course and have course charges removed for Early Summer and Full Summer. Students who wish to drop to 0 hours must submit a withdrawal. This does not impact future term enrollment. Financial penalties apply for withdrawals after June 4. 

  • Last day to withdraw from the university for Early Summer and Full Summer and have all charges removed. For more information see (Withdrawal Dates). Note: Withdrawal is not an option if a course has been completed within the summer term (Intersession, Early, Full, or Late). 

  • Note: Drops and withdrawals for Intersession courses must be verified by the Registrar's Office. 

  • Last day to withdraw from the university and receive pro-rated Housing and Dining Plan refund for Early Summer and Full Summer. For more information see (Housing). 

Friday, June 6th 

  • Last day to withdraw from the university for Full Summer and have 50% of charges removed. For more information see (Withdrawal Dates). Note: Withdrawal is not an option if a course has been completed within the summer term (Intersession, Early, Full, or Late).

  • Juneteenth holiday. 

Wednesday, June 25th 

  • Payment Plan Installment Due Date 

Friday, June 27th  

  • Last day for student-initiated drop on MyTech with academic penalty (counts against drop limit) for Early Summer. All drops are the responsibility of the student. 

  • Last day to withdraw from the university for Early Summer (not Full Summer). Although withdrawals can be processed until this date, all tuition and fees related to the registration are due in full and no refunds will be issued. 

Tuesday, July 1 

  • Last day of Early Summer Classes. 

Wednesday July 2nd to Thursday, July 3rd 

  • Early Summer Final Exams. 

Thursday, July 3rd 

  • Early Summer Term ends.  

Saturday, July 5th 

Move Out – Students without room reservations for Late Summer or Full Summer must vacate residence hall rooms by 10:00 a.m. (Housing). 

 

LATE SUMMER

  • Last day for graduate degree candidates to pay thesis-dissertation fee posted to Banner account.

  • Last day to withdraw from TTU School of Law for a 50% refund; no refund thereafter 

  • Last day to drop a course and have course charges removed for Summer. Students who wish to drop to 0 hours must submit a withdrawal. This does not impact future term enrollment. Financial penalties apply for withdrawals after June 16.

  • Last day to drop a course and receive an automatic W
