• Budget Payment Plan available for enrollment 

Monday, August 4 – Thursday, September 18 

• Book loans available – must be re-paid by Thursday, September 25 

Friday, August 15 

• Emergency Payment Plan available for enrollment 

• Financial Aid disbursed for Fall 

Wednesday, August 20 

• TTU - payment deadline. Registration changes made after this date could affect the student’s account balance and must be paid immediately unless the student is enrolled in a payment plan for Fall 2025. 

Monday, August 25 

• Classes begin. 

Wednesday, September 10 

• Last day for student-initiated drop on MyTech without academic penalty (drop does not count against drop limit). All drops are the responsibility of the student. 

• Last day to drop a course and have course charges removed. Students who wish to drop to 0 hours must submit a withdrawal request online at Withdrawal Information. 

• Last day to withdraw from the university and have all charges removed. For more information visit Withdrawal Dates. Financial penalties apply for withdrawals after September 10. 

• Last day to change a major and/or transfer between colleges for current term.

• Last day to withdraw from the university and have 50% of charges removed. For more information visit Withdrawal Dates.

• University Competitive Scholarship Application opens.

Monday, November 17 

• Last day to withdraw from the university. Although withdrawals can be processed until this date, all tuition and fees related to the registration are due in full and no refunds will be issued.

• Last day to withdraw through the School of Law's Registrar’s Office for a full refund.

• Last day to DROP a course and receive a refund. Dropping to zero hours in a term is considered withdrawing from the institution and must be done with the Registrar’s Office.  Please see more details below on the Withdrawal Process. 

• If a student chooses to withdraw from the university, they will need to complete the withdrawal process through the Registrar’s Office (3311 18th Street).  For more information, please refer to the Registrar’s website: School of Law Registrar's Office.

• Last day to drop a course with permission and receive a grade of W for a 50% refund; no refund thereafter.
