• Budget Payment Plan available for enrollment

• Book loans available – must be re-paid by Tuesday, February 25^th

Sunday, January 5^th

• Emergency Payment Plan available for enrollment
• Financial Aid disbursed for Spring 2025

Friday, January 10^th

• TTU - payment deadline. Registration changes made after this date could affect the student’s account balance and must be paid immediately unless the student is enrolled in a Spring Payment Plan.

Wednesday, January 15^th

• TTU Classes begin

Monday, January 20^th

• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. University Holiday

Friday, January 31^st

• Last day to withdraw through the Registrar’s Office for a full refund. See below for the full schedule of withdrawal dates and refund percentages

• Last day to DROP a course and receive a refund. Dropping to zero hours in a term is considered withdrawing from the institution and must be done with the Registrar’s Office.  Please see more details below on the Withdrawal Process.
  • If a student chooses to withdraw from the university, they will need to complete the withdrawal process through the Registrar’s Office (room 103 West Hall).  For more information, please refer to the Registrar’s website: http://www.depts.ttu.edu/registrar/withdrawal_information.php.
  • The withdrawal refunding dates along with the corresponding percentage refund are listed below and may be referenced at the following website: https://help.sbs.ttu.edu/TDClient/209/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=5959. Cancellation is not an appropriate form of withdrawal and should not be relied upon as such.
  • Withdrawal dates for Spring 2025:
    • Up through Friday, January 31^st - 100% refund
    • Saturday, February 1^st through Wednesday, February 12^th - 50% refund
    • Thursday, February 13^th and later - No refund 

Tuesday, February 25^th

Tuesday, April 22^nd

• Last day for student-initiated drop on MyTech with academic penalty (counts against drop limit). All drops are the responsibility of the student.
• Last day to withdraw from the university. Although withdrawal can be processed until this date, all tuition and fees related to the registration are due in full and no refunds will be issued.
