• Last day for student-initiated drop on MyTech without academic penalty (drop does not count against drop limit). All drops are the responsibility of the student. 

• Last day to drop a course and have course charges removed. Students who wish to drop to 0 hours must submit a withdrawal request online at (Withdrawal Information). 

• Last day to withdraw from the university and have all charges removed. For more information visit (Withdrawal Dates). Financial penalties apply for withdrawals after January 30. 

• Last day to change a major and/or transfer between colleges for current term.

• Last day to DROP a course and receive a refund. Dropping to zero hours in a term is considered withdrawing from the institution and must be done with the Registrar’s Office.  Please see more details below on the Withdrawal Process. 

• If a student chooses to withdraw from the university, they will need to complete the withdrawal process through the Registrar’s Office (3311 18th Street).  For more information, please refer to the School of Law Registrar's website.  

• The withdrawal refunding dates along with the corresponding percentage refund are listed below and may be referenced here.  

• Cancellation is not an appropriate form of withdrawal and should not be relied upon as such.

• Last day to drop a course with permission and receive a grade of W for a 50% refund; no refund thereafter.
