When to Pay Your Bill — Spring 2026

Payment due date: January 9, 2026. If you do not pay by this date, your classes may be cancelled and you may be charged late fees.

Do this now:

  • Check your TTU email every day for bill notices.
  • Submit fee waivers, exemptions, or third‑party payer paperwork as soon as you can. If we get it before January 1, your credit will post before the payment due date. Otherwise, credits post in the order we get them and can take up to 4 days.
  • Review and accept your financial aid: go to https://www.raiderlink.ttu.edu → My Tech tab → Student Financial Aid → “View/Accept Aid Package.”
  • Pay your bill or sign up for a payment plan: go to https://www.raiderlink.ttu.edu → My Tech tab → Student Business Services → “eBill.”
  • Sign up for Direct Deposit for fast refunds: go to https://www.raiderlink.ttu.edu → My Tech tab → Student Business Services → “My Direct Deposit.”
  • Book loans are available January 1–February 20. Apply here: Book Loan Application.

If someone else will pay your bill:

  • Give them access in eBill: https://www.raiderlink.ttu.edu → My Tech tab → Student Business Services → “eBill” → “Authorized Users.”
  • Make sure you have a FERPA form on file so TTU staff can talk with your parent or bill payer if needed. Add a FERPA release at the Red Raider Family Network (Campus ESP).

Quick definitions:

  • FERPA form: Lets the university talk to your parent or bill payer about your student account.
  • Authorized User: A person you let view or pay your bill online.

Key dates:

  • Payment due: January 9, 2026
  • Paperwork for fee waivers, exemptions, or third-party payers must be received by January 1 to post before the due date (otherwise up to 4 days to post)
  • First day of Spring classes: January 14, 2026
