I Never Received My Direct Deposit Refund

If your My Direct Deposit refund was returned to Student Business Services, you will need to update your My Direct Deposit account information to your current U.S. bank account. Student Business Services will then be able to reissue your refund to your updated My Direct Deposit account.

If your My Direct Deposit refund was not returned to Student Business Services, you will need to contact your financial institution for assistance.
