Vet Med Clinicals Important Dates 2025-2026

Tuesday, April 22 

  • Fee Assessment: charges are available for viewing if registered for classes 

Monday, April 28 

  • First Bills are emailed to students 

  • Clinical Year Payment Plan opens  

Monday, May 5 - Thursday, September 18 

  • Book loans are available to qualifying students – must be repaid by September 25th  

Friday, May 9 

  • First Financial Aid disbursement 

  • Second Bills – will show Financial Aid applied to student account 

Wednesday, May 14 

  • Payment Due Date. Registration changes made after this date could affect the student’s account balance and must be paid immediately unless the student is enrolled in a Payment Plan. 

Monday, May 19 

  • First day of Clinicals 

Monday, June 2  

  • Monthly Bill emailed to students, due on June 25th 

Tuesday, July 1st  

  • Monthly Bill emailed to students, due on July 25th 

Friday, August 1st  

  • Monthly Bill emailed to students, due on August 25th 

Tuesday, September 2nd  

  • Monthly Bill emailed to students, due on September 25th 

Thursday, September 25th  

  • Book Loan Due Date  

  • Payment Plan Installment Due Date 

Wednesday, October 15 

  • Last day to withdraw from the university for Clinicals and have all charges removed. For more information see (Withdrawal Dates).  

Thursday, October 16 

  • Last day to withdraw from the university for Clinicals. Although withdrawals can be processed until this date, all tuition and fees related to the registration are due in full and no refunds will be issued. 

  • General Refund Date 

Monday, November 17 

  • Second Financial Aid Disbursement  

  • November Bill emailed out showing Financial Aid applied to account 

Tuesday, November 25th  

  • Second Payment Due Date 

Friday, January 2nd  

  • Monthly Bill emailed to students, due on January 25th 

Friday, February 2nd  

  • Monthly Bill emailed to students, due on February 25th 

Monday, March 25th  

  • Payment Plan Final Installment Due Date 

Wednesday, April 1st 

  • Monthly Bill emailed to students, due on April 25th 

Friday, May 15 

  • Last day of Clinicals
