Vet Med Clinicals Important Dates 2025-2026

Tuesday, April 22 

• Fee Assessment: charges are available for viewing if registered for classes 

Monday, April 28 

• First Bills are emailed to students 

• Clinical Year Payment Plan opens  

Monday, May 5 - Thursday, September 18 

• Book loans are available to qualifying students – must be repaid by September 25th  

Friday, May 9 

• First Financial Aid disbursement 

• Second Bills – will show Financial Aid applied to student account 

Wednesday, May 14 

• Payment Due Date. Registration changes made after this date could affect the student’s account balance and must be paid immediately unless the student is enrolled in a Payment Plan.

• First day of Clinicals 

Monday, June 2  

• Monthly Bill emailed to students, due on June 25th 

Tuesday, July 1st  

• Monthly Bill emailed to students, due on July 25th 

Friday, August 1st  

• Monthly Bill emailed to students, due on August 25th
