IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT TO ENSURE THEY HAVE SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION FOR BENEFITS & UPLOADED NEEDED DOCUMENTS EACH SEMESTER THROUGH THE MVP Forms Portal

Federal Benefits

• Students intending to use Federal benefits entitled to them from the VA & have obtained a Certificate of Eligibility must submit a VA Certification request.

Hazlewood Exemption Application

• Initial Hazlewood Exemption
  • Hazlewood eligible students intending to use the benefit for the first time ever.
                            or
  • Hazlewood eligible students intending to use the benefit for the first time here at TTU.

• Continuous Hazlewood Exemption

  • Hazlewood eligible students intending to use the benefit in a continuous manner here at TTU & there is no break in terms / Rollover benefits.

Students using both Federal & Hazlewood will need to submit separate applications for each benefit
