Use this service to notify Military & Veteran Programs of an absence that may affect your participation in classes due to training, or another required activity. Please provide the your information, date or dates of absence, reason for the absence, and any relevant supporting documentation. Submission of this notification does not automatically excuse an absence or replace any required university, instructor, or departmental absence process.
