Request to Opt Out to Fixed Tuition

Students who wish to opt out of Fixed Tuition must complete and return the Request to Opt Out of Fixed Tuition Form and submit via the Tuition and Fees Service under Billing in the Service Catalog.

Students will be be billed the prevailing Designated Tuition rate as listed in the Global Fee Document. If opt out occurs after the first class day of the current semester, this will go into effect beginning with the next semester of enrollment at Texas Tech.

Students will not be entitled to any refund of tuition for prior or current semesters where the Fixed Tuition rate was paid.
