Only incoming resident undergraduate students, either from another institution or no prior college attendance, are eligible to opt in.
Complete and return the Request to Opt In to Fixed Tuition Form and submit via the Tuition and Fees Service under Billing in the Service Catalog.
Opt In requests must be submitted prior to the first class day of your initial term of enrollment at Texas Tech.
