Request to Opt In to Fixed Tuition

Who can opt in

• You can opt in only if you are an incoming resident undergraduate student who either transferred from another college or never attended college.

How to apply

1. Download and complete the Request to Opt In to Fixed Tuition form.
2. Sign in to the client portal.
3. Go to Service Catalog > Tuition & Fees > Billing & Payments.
4. Upload and submit the completed form.

Deadline

• Submit the form before the first day of classes for your first term at Texas Tech.
